Standard Delivery
Standard delivery items will be sent by first class Royal Mail "Recorded Delivery". Items sent by this service will require a signature from you upon arrival. This gives us both peace of mind that the parcel is being tracked and that it will arrive safely. Items sent by this method are not insured.
Special Delivery
If an item or items is over £75 it will be sent by Royal Mail "Special Delivery" Items sent by this service will require a signature from you upon arrival, this gives us both peace of mind that the parcel is been tracked, insured and they guarantee that it will be delivered next day Monday to Friday
E & J Jewellers will not be liable for losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for the delivery of the goods.
As soon as the goods are delivered to your door and signed for you are responsible for any loss or damaged to the goods.
We will only deliver the goods to the address on the order
Orders from outside the UK
We would normally only deliver to UK customers, but if you would like to order from us if you are outside the UK , please e-mail us with your requirements and details.
