Returns Procedure

We offer a 10 day money back guarantee. If the item you sent for is not suitable then please notify us by e-mail stating the reason for the return within 10 days of receipt.

Any items sent back must be complete with jewellery and all the  packaging and  received by us within 10 working days of receipt.

We would suggest that you return the item/items by either "Recorded Delivery" or "Special Delivery". If you use another service, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent to us. The postage cost is not reimbursed. 

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that a product is deemed to be faulty, it can be returned for a replacement, credit or refund providing that you contact us with details of the fault  within 10 working days of receipt.

 The item  is to be returned with its packaging and the original packing receipt. within 10 working days.

We would suggest that you return the item by either "Recorded Delivery" or "Special Delivery". if another service is used we cannot accept resposibility for return sent to us.

In the case of  faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund any reasonable postage costs upon request.

This does not affect your staturtory rights.
